Omnia, LK Hospitality’s first restaurant currently at 25 Toorak Road, will move into its new permanent home at Capitol Grand. It will be ready to serve diners in November all day, from Breakfast to Dinner.
The exquisite menu will showcase European dishes and cater to over 100 guests at any one time in a lavish setting.
September will be a milestone month for the landmark Capitol Grand project.
In early 2020, Omnia will be joined by other dining destinations at Capitol Grand for residents and their guests to enjoy, all conveniently downstairs. Further culinary news that’s sure to excite your taste buds will be announced soon.
Taking Omnias place at 25 Toorak Road will be a new pop up venue, testing the menu and concepts for another restaurant from LK Hospitality that too will move permanently into Capitol Grand.
With work continuing on the LK tower, we’re proud to announce that level 28 has now settled and levels 29 to 31 will settle at the end of September and early October. That means the entire project is now over 50 per cent settled, with only 20 floors left to complete and settle.
The grandest news this month, however, comes as the top of the building is set to be poured, weather permitting, by middle of September. The pour will cap the 50-level jewel off high above Melbourne’s skyline, asserting itself as the city’s newest icon.
